AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1002




2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1002, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
42, on page 3, by replacing lines 8 through 11 with the 
5following:


6  "(4) Manufacture, transportation, sale, or transfer of 
7 large capacity ammunition feeding devices to persons 
8 authorized under paragraphs (1) through (3) of this 
9 subsection to possess those items or solely for the purpose 
10 of sale or transfer outside of this State."; and

11on page 4, after line 16 by inserting the following:

12  "(8) Transfers incident to temporary use and 
13 possession for professional theatrical use, including live 
14 theater, stage, motion picture, or television production, 
15 provided that the source of the large capacity ammunition

1 feeding device for temporary use and return is a federal 
2 firearms licensee manufacturer pursuant to chapter 44 of 
3 Title 18 of the United States Code.".
