| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 11, AS AMENDED, with |
| 3 | | reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 2, as |

| 5 | | by replacing line 8 on page 1 through line 6 on page 2 with the |
| 6 | | following: |
| 7 | | "utilities shall give notice and shall supply information |
| 8 | | accessible by the internet about any program a public utility |
| 9 | | is currently offering to residential customers experiencing |
| 10 | | difficulty in paying utility bills due to financial hardship. |
| 11 | | If a residential customer contacts a public utility concerning |
| 12 | | the customer's financial hardship and inability to pay utility |
| 13 | | bills for winter energy services, then the public utility shall |
| 14 | | refer the customer to the Low Income Home Energy Assistance |
| 15 | | Program managed by the Department of Commerce and Economic |
| 16 | | Opportunity. When making a referral, the public utility shall |
| 17 | | inform the customer that the Low Income Home Energy Assistance |
