    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (684762) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 748
    5  and insert:
    6  meet the requirement of establishing a safe-school officer. Any
    7  individual serving as a school guardian may not use a deadly
    8  weapon or firearm in the scope of his or her duties. The

   13  insert:
