       Senator Cruz moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (684762) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 1032
    5  and insert:
    6  enrollment. Sheriffs, in their respective counties, may request
    7  supplemental funds from the funding allocated to the guardian
    8  program to supplement their district’s safe school allocation. A
    9  sheriff’s office is not required to establish a guardian program
   10  under s. 30.15(1)(k) to request funding to supplement the safe
   11  school allocation for the district. Each school district must
   12  report to the Department
