    2         (PRELIMINARY DRAFT) An act relating to the Department
    3         of Transportation; expressing legislative intent to
    4         revise laws relating to the department; providing an
    5         effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   10  to the Department of Transportation.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2015.
