       Senator Collins moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 197 and 198
    4  insert:
    5         Section 9. Section 933.05, Florida Statutes, is amended to
    6  read:
    7         933.05 Issuance in blank prohibited.—A search warrant
    8  cannot be issued except upon probable cause supported by
    9  affidavit or affidavits, naming or describing the person, place,
   10  or thing to be searched and particularly describing the property
   11  or thing to be seized; no search warrant shall be issued in
   12  blank, and any such warrant shall be returned within 10 days
   13  after issuance thereof, except that a search warrant issued for
   14  a computer, a computer system, or an electronic device, as those
   15  terms are defined in s. 815.03, which is in the actual
   16  possession of a law enforcement agency at the time such warrant
   17  is issued shall be returned to the court within 45 days after
   18  issuance thereof.
