       Senator Berman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 1455 - 1472
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 31. Subsection (8) is added to section 403.853,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         403.853 Drinking water standards.—
    8         (8) A local government may enact regulations relating to
    9  water fluoridation.
