    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2658 - 2663
    4  and insert:
    5         (i) “Financial institution” means a company defined under
    6  s. 655.005(1)(h) and (i), which has total assets of more than
    7  $100 million. A financial institution includes any affiliate as
    8  defined in s. 655.005(1)(a) or subsidiary company as defined in
    9  s. 655.005(1)(x), even if such affiliate or subsidiary company
   10  is also a financial institution.
