    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 43 and 44
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. The amendments made by this act shall not apply
    6  until 365 consecutive days have passed without an incident in
    7  this state in which three or more persons were killed or injured
    8  by the use of a firearm.
