       Senator Farmer moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 22
    4  and insert:
    5  religious institution. A civil cause of action is created for a
    6  victim or his or her survivors arising from any firearms-related
    7  incident or injury that occurs on the premises of a church,
    8  synagogue, or religious institution that allows firearms on its
    9  premises. This subsection does not limit the
   10

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 7
   14  and insert:
   15         other religious institution; creating a civil cause of
   16         action for victims or their survivors arising from
   17         firearms-related incidents or injuries that occur on
   18         the premises of a church, synagogue, or religious
   19         institution that allows firearms on its premises;
   20         providing applicability;
