       Senator Cruz moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 1048
    4  and insert:
    5  enrollment. Sheriffs, in their respective counties, may request
    6  supplemental funds under the safe schools allocation from the
    7  portion of funds allocated for safe-school officers. A sheriff’s
    8  office is not required to establish a guardian program under s.
    9  30.15(1)(k) to request funding to supplement the safe school
   10  allocation for the district. Any additional funds appropriated
   11  to this allocation

   16  and insert:
