       Senator Hooper moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 52 - 56
    4  and insert:
    5         c. Has the same immunities and privileges as a law
    6  enforcement officer, as defined in s. 943.10, in a civil or
    7  criminal action arising out of a tactical law enforcement
    8  operation when acting within the scope of his or her official
    9  duties.
   10         3. This paragraph may not be construed to authorize a
   11  tactical medical professional to carry, transport, or store any
   12  firearm or ammunition on any fire apparatus or EMS vehicle
   13         4. The appointing law enforcement agency shall issue any
   14  firearm or ammunition that the tactical medical professional
   15  carries in accordance with this paragraph.
   16         5. For the purposes of this paragraph, the term “tactical
   17

   19  And the title is amended as follows:
   20         Delete line 9
   21  and insert:
   22         circumstances; providing immunities and privileges for
   23         such professionals; providing construction; requiring
   24         the appointing law enforcement agency to issue to

   26         ammunition;
