    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 330 and 331
    4  insert:
    5         Section 6. Section 790.063, Florida Statutes, is created to
    6  read:
    7         790.063 Strict liability for owners of firearms.—An owner
    8  of a firearm that is used to cause harm, injury, or death is
    9  strictly liable for all damages resulting from such use of the
   10  firearm, unless the firearm has been reported as stolen to a law
   11  enforcement agency.
