       Senator Farmer moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 397 - 401
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) To a person who completes a minimum of a 16-hour hunter
    6  education or hunter safety course approved by the Fish and
    7  Wildlife Conservation Commission or similar agency of another
    8  state, unless that person is purchasing a trade-in of another
    9  handgun.
