       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 136 - 142
    4  and insert:
    5  Corrections for the ability to utilize the risk assessment
    6  instrument that is developed in accordance with this section.
    7         (5) PILOT PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS.—
    8         (a) The participating counties shall administer the risk
    9  assessment instrument to all persons arrested for a felony and
   10  utilize the results of such risk assessment instrument as a tool
   11  for determining appropriate
