The Committee on Agriculture (Stargel) recommended the
following:

5 Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subsection (6) of section
6 193.461, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
7 193.461 Agricultural lands; classification and assessment;
8 mandated eradication or quarantine program.—

10 (c)1. For purposes of the income methodology approach to
11 assessment of property used for agricultural purposes,
12 irrigation systems, including pumps and motors, which are
13 physically attached to the land are shall be considered a part
