AN ACT INCREASING REIMBURSEMENT FOR MUNICIPAL PHOSPHOROUS ABATEMENT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 22a-478 of the general statutes be amended to increase the rate of reimbursement for phosphorous removal projects to municipalities that have entered into contracts for phosphorous removal.

Statement of Purpose:

To improve reimbursement of phosphorous removal expenses incurred by a municipality.
